Your configs look correct. The first thing I would suggest is that you get rid of the switch and connect the devices directly. Test OSPF neighbor adjacencies, network connectivity, and routing tables and make sure everything is as it should be. Next, test BFD information using the show commands you shared above. If you still see nothing, then you must troubleshoot the OSPF and BFD configuration.
If everything works, then put the switch back in between the two routers and see the results.
