Happy we got a forum now. Just would like to say thank you to Rene as I passed my TSHOOT exam on Monday. Officially CCNP certified now. Thanks again Rene for the helpful reading material. I look forward to digging into some of your other topics you’ve posted. I’m still debating of what to pursue next. Any suggestions? Background on me: 3-4 yrs work experience, CCNA R&S, CCNP R&S now, AS/IT, BS/Technical Mgmt.

First of all, grats for passing TSHOOT and getting your CCNP R&S certification!
Glad to hear you like it. I didn’t really announce it yet, in a few days (after making some more changes) I’ll let all members know where to find the forum.
About what to pursue…good question 
If you enjoy R&S then you could dive into some of the topics that are not in CCNP…MPLS, Multicast and QoS perhaps. If you want a change, you could learn more about security (ASA) or do something totally different like VoIP/Wireless.
