There is no lesson on how to use Wireshark on NetworkLessons. However, the official Wireshark website has links to many resources that will help you learn how to use this powerful tool:

hello, thank you i just checked the new ideas and i found out that some one already suggested
wireshark since 2019 and it had 307 votes.
