i have one Cisco router is connected to juniper router which attribute i can use to influence routing on junoper or

which attribute bgp common to cisco and juniper

You could stick to the well known mandatory attributes. For example, take a look at page 24 of the RFC:

Or check which ones both Cisco and Juniper support.
