Can u please tel how we can set a router which act as hub providing internet services to spokes connected through MPLS .I have hub router need to configure the default route needs to advertise my three locations connected through MPLS.

Do you mean a traditional hub and spoke where all spoke-to-spoke traffic goes through the hub? Or do you mean something like “shared services” where you have multiple sites and where these sites require access to some central services like DNS or servers?
