CCNA Test End Unexpectedly

I’ve been prepping to renew my CCNA, and when I try the practice test (the open book\untimed version) I am finding that somewhere in the middle, after answering a question, suddenly it gives up and scores my test with 20-30 questions remaining. It’s happened twice. Instead of the next question, I get an early score.

Even if I’ve reached a point where it’s not possible to get a passing score, I’d like to complete the test, if that’s what’s happening.

Is that what’s happening? I use Chrome, if that’s part of the issue.

I think I found the issue and created a fix. Could you try it again, see if it comes up again?

Continuing the discussion from CCNA Test End Unexpectedly:

Hi again, sorry for the delayed response. I tried the practice test again today, and the issue has evolved.

Now I am able to answer the first question, but when I hit the Next to go to the next question, nothing happens. I can hit the Navigate and see the list of questions, but I can’t navigate to a different question. I’ve seen the same in two attempts in Chrome, and I saw the same in Opera. I gave it time to process, but it seems to be stuck.

No problem. I haven’t seen this before. Next Monday I’m back from my holiday and I’ll take a closer look. I’ll let you know what I find.
