There may be others on this forum that have encountered something similar, and if they can help you that would be great. However, I think the best thing to do is to go on the GNS3 forum and present your problem there, they would be the most suitable and knowledgeable people to respond to your issue since the problem seems to be centered around GNS3 itself.
