I’m not sure what you are trying to achieve. I see that both ESW1 and ESW2 have all their interfaces on VLAN 1, so that means that H1 and H2 and the NAT1 cloud are all on the same network segment, and they should be able to communicate with each other. Where are you having difficulty? Let us know some more information so that we can help you out further.
