Inter DMZ configuration

I need to create an ASA config to allow traffic between DMZ1 and DMZ2. It would need to transit the core VSS switch. What do I need to be aware of here?

Can you provide me with a little more information concerning your topology? Where would the core VSS switch be in relation to the ASA? How do you see the existance of the core VSS affecting the method of allowing traffic from one DMZ to another?
