Hello everyone,

Have you ever tried Netlab ? (https://blog.ipspace.net/tag/netlab.html)

i’ve listened a podcast on YT (packet pushers) and this seems to be pretty interesting.

Despite is not a GUI emulator/topology builder (it’s not an issue for me) the more interesting thing is to be able to do an extensive initial config in a short time. This is useful when you want to try a protocol or a set of protocol that required a previous configuration of another protocols (tedious task).

EDIT: It’s not an emulator but an orchestrator

I haven’t personally used it (I don’t know about @ReneMolenaar), but thanks for pointing this out. After some brief research, it can indeed be a useful tool to add to your arsenal of tools for networking. Any tool that makes tedious tasks more streamlined is always useful!
