I have big network it include more than 200 routers type ASR901
i am looking for network analyzing and monitoring tools or programs
for example
deduct duplicate ip address
and link down
and router bug
instead of SNMPC
can you advice for new and proper tools ?

I can tell you what I use for the various networks that I manage. Typically I use LibreNMS, which is an auto-discovering PHP/MySQL-based network monitoring system that is very powerful. It is able to capture data from your devices and present it in a very comprehensive and understandable way. It’s generally easy to set up and it supports Syslog, SNMP, as well as NetFlow among others.
Take a look at LibreNMS and see if it fulfills your needs.
