Hello, I’m Jae a United States Marine that is whose main job within the military is related heavily with network services. I currently do not have much experience with networking, and I believe that this place will prepare me well enough to become more proficient at my job. I’ve recently obtained CompTIA Security + however, I came to the realization that I’ve dove into the security portion of our networks without having a solid foundation and understanding of how networks work. Which is why I’ve decided to tackle on CCNA!

Welcome on board!
Going for CCNA R&S is a great idea. CCNA covers all the basic networking protocols. Once you understand how a protocol works, you’ll also learn its weaknesses/problems and understanding how to secure them becomes much easier.
