Phone router question

(Bill S) #1

We have a Cisco 2921 router. When they used the intercom extensively, it would reboot the router. We put a “huntstop” command for the dial-peer for the Intercom. The router is no longer rebooting, but we are seeing another issue. Here is a snippet of the log and can someone shed some light for me as to what is causing this?

Hello Bill

Notice that there are two error codes being displayed. There’s IEC code 1.1.181.1.36.160 and 1.1.181.1.36.170. In order to find out more about these, issue the following two commands:

show voice iec description 1.1.181.1.36.160
show voice iec description 1.1.181.1.36.170

The output will tell you more about the problem. Share your results here so we can take a look and help you further.

I hope this has been helpful!
