Hello on youtube i heard from someone listening podcasts of ccna or ccnp will be good . what are those ? are they good ?
any recommendation which one i should listen ?
while going to room or going to office i can listen to it i mean voice podcasts

There is A LOT of content out there for learning Cisco certification topics. Some are podcasts, some are labs, some are lessons with discussion forums like NetworkLessons, and others are documentation. Whether specific content is good or not must be examined on a case-by-case basis, so I can’t tell you my opinion about that particular podcast.
Now having said that, using a podcast while you’re going to the office, driving, or commuting can be beneficial for learning theory. If it is well structured and understandable, you can do that. However, learning theory is only a small part of studying for Cisco certifications. I would say about 70% of the process involves labs, labs, and more labs.
So if you find a good podcast that summarizes and explains the theory well, then yes, it can be beneficial, but only as a small supplementary part of your studies.
