I am currently going through the IPv4 lessons and I had a question regarding the practice material. Are there specific practice questions or quizzes available for each individual lesson/chapter, or is the practice limited to a final summary exam at the end of the course?

The practice questions/exams are not set up to have some questions at the end of each lesson. It is indeed set up as a final summary exam at the end of the course. The practice exams available are those found at https://exam.networklessons.com/.
However, within each exam, each question is associated with a particular lesson. If you get an answer incorrect, it will share with you an explanation as well as a link to the associated lesson for further reference.
