I have a requirement to configure restricted SNMP for the community string, which means when configure router using SNMP v2, will give access for only interface stats not CPU related information for particular community string, how can I configure router to achieve this requirement.

It is possible to set up what is called an SMNP view record where you can limit which MIB objects an SNMP manager can access. You can find information and details at this Cisco documentation.
