Smart account while creating SD-WAN lab

Hello,

I am trying to build the SDWAN lab setup and I am following your document for the same.

In the section “cisco-sd-wan-plug-and-play-connect-device-licenses,” I am facing an issue where I need to create the virtual accounts. However, I don’t see the option for virtual accounts. In fact, it asks for the smart account to be present in order to create a virtual account.

I have tried creating the smart account using my personal CCO ID and also using a newly created Cisco ID, but nothing is working.

Please suggest a solution.

I just checked and it’s still there for me:

You’ll need to create a smart account first and once it’s there, you’ll have a tab for “virtual accounts”:

What went wrong when you tried to create a smart account?

Thank you for the reply, @ReneMolenaar.
I was not with the smart account to create an virtual account. By some means I got it and I am able to create a virtual account now.
