VPN on Cisco 881

Good afternoon I have a doubt

I have configured a VPN on a CISCO 881 with a Router RV082; the policy is configured with DES and SHA128.

Suddently another Provider asks us to set up a VPN with them but it not match with the currently policy configured (Phase 1), they require AES and SHA256.

It is possible to configure this, or if I change the policy the previous VPN will not work?
