One more think we can choose any public ip not from the subnet range that we placed here ?

You can actually choose any IP address you like, as long as the rest of the internet (your ISP primarily) knows how to route to that IP address. It doesn’t actually have to be on the same subnet as the real outside interface IP address. Take a look at this NetworkLessons note for more information.
